IPhone 8, iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus front and rear panels leaked

While we have seen multiple image leaks surrounding the devices in the past, this time around, the front and back panels of the upcoming smartphones have leaked.

A Reddit user going by the name "Kamikasky" on Monday (June 12) posted images of what could be the panels for Apple's upcoming iPhones. Leakers say they come from a case maker who received them from a Chinese supplier. The tipster has also leaked images of the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus back covers, showing glass frames, indicating that wireless charging is coming to all three iPhones. The pictures show a new front panel design, one with a thin bezel that protrudes slightly into the screen space to allow for camera and speaker cutouts. At the top, a small black area houses the front-facing camera and earpiece.

Apple iPhone 8 has been previously leaked on several occasions as well. iDrop News recently put out live images of iPhone 8 running iOS 11, which is slated to release this fall.

It's rumoured to be Apple's most expensive iPhone yet though there will still be an incremental update to the current iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, likely the iPhone 7S and 7S Plus. Though some leaks have suggested that the Touch ID sensor might be located on the back of the device, it now seems that those leaks were based on early iPhone 8 prototypes that Apple has since abandoned.

The rear panel includes a cutout for the vertical dual camera system. As always, if you have any thoughts or opinions about the leaked images above, feel free to sound them off in the comments section below! The iPhone 8 rear panel is made out of a "composite glass material" to enable wireless charging, according to a Foxconn insider. Hence, the iPhone 8/X is expected to come with a new design. This support claims that the iPhone 8 will have an embedded Touch ID fingerprint sensor and home button in the display.

And below is a photo of the iPhone 8 frame alongside what we believe are frames for the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus.
