Anushka Sharma unveils FIRST LOOK of third production venture - 'Pari'

Anushka Sharma looks haunted and totally possessed in this first poster and we are truly curious to know more about her character now!

Directed by debutant Prosit Roy, the film also stars Parambrata Chatterjee. Anushka has been experimenting with different genres since her first home production NH10. Not much has been spoken about the storyline of Pari, however, from the poster it looks like this time Anushka has taken up some serious spooky business. Throwback to the beginning of the year, when the actress had triggered a laughter riot among the audience with her 'Friendly Ghost' avatar. The first looks has shown a scary looking Anushka, which has hinted that this might be a horror flick. Anushka will act and also co-produce the film and its shooting has been started from today. Kahaani star Parambrata Chatterjee was reported saying, "I was impressed with the script and team of Pari and loved the idea of working with Anushka Sharma".

Anushka said, "We have gone by instinct in choosing good cinema, and the audiences have liked both our films".




Going by the poster, one can see Anushka possessed by an evil spirit. "This film holds great promise, and I look forward to its shoot soon". Reportedly, Pari will be shot in Mumbai and Kolkata.

Anushka now awaits the release of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jab Harry Met Sejal.
